A Newborn Care Specialist is a trained professional who will provide emotional and physical support to your family during the Baby's first weeks of life. She will be available to work 24 hours a day, allowing new parents to get some much-needed rest and recover more rapidly. She will also instruct parents on how to properly care for their newborns on a regular basis, aid breastfeeding mothers, and resolve a problem. Your NCS will take care of all baby-related chores when she isn't caring for Baby, such as baby laundry, diapering, and so on.
